Anna Hennes believes in bringing people together to create solutions that unlock motivation and boost potential in individuals, teams and organizations.
She spent 20 years in Kansas City pillar institutions including United Way, Cerner and Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation creating partnerships that build up future talent in our community.
Anna is a collaborative network-builder motivated by unlocking people's potential through learning and development. She focuses on proving the power of collective impact through data-driven action and outcomes that are aligned to the demands of future workforce engagement and community vibrancy. -
Molly Weaver
FOUNDER, SUNFLOWER TALENT STRATEGIES
Molly Weaver is an innovative talent acquisition strategist with a passion for connecting people with opportunities they may not realize are available.
With more than 20 years of experience, and a specialty in the health care industry earned during her tenure as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Children's Mercy in Kansas City, she helps organizations design and implement candidate-focused strategies that attract top talent.
Molly launched Sunflower Talent Strategies to help organizations navigate the new world of work, enhancing their recruiting processes and creating a pipeline to produce the talent they need for the future.
